The Pay Day Riddim arrived in 2018, right in time for the year’s Carnival celebrations. Soca fans were ready for something new, and this collection fit perfectly with the vibrant mood of the season. Its lively sound quickly became part of many festival playlists that year. Behind the music, the arranger shaped each track to highlight the unique style of every artist. The production came from AQUARION STUDIOS, a label known for bringing fresh Caribbean sounds to the scene. Blaka Dan led the collection with “All I Have,” delivering his signature energetic vocals. He is known for his work in Trinidad’s soca circuit and has performed at several major festivals.
