Kalacta
Riddimz Kalacta is the founder and chief
editor of Riddims World, which he started in 2008. A molecular cell
biologist by training who swapped the lab for the studio, he's
spent years cataloguing reggae, dancehall, and soca — beginning
with his own collection of vinyl, CDs, and cassettes, and building
it into one of the most complete riddim archives online. He
produces, selects, and writes most of what you read here.
