We will always love the culture and everything it has to offer. We appreciate when a producer takes time out to create a piece of art that will resonate with the peoples. Well one such production outfit is “Riddim To Dem” and this outfit has been staying consistent during the pandemic and dropping songs we all can relate to. They have teamed up with “Asure” and from we have heard they have developed a solid chemistry which is resulting in some quality songs. We are about to share thoughts on one such single. There latest single “Oh God” which was written and performed by Asure is one to make you enjoy Reggae and Dancehall all over again. Its melodic its enticing and its seems like it might just be one for the summer. Asure puts his signature touch on this bouncy instrumental. The vocalist who has great word play penned a song pertaining to the physical attributes of a woman and the fact he is showing his side of commitment in his lyrics. The title “Oh God” is simple but yet still wonderfully used as a hook which keeps the song in a catchy pop mode type of feel. Asure is not a new comer but he is showing his range and skill by executing sonics that can resonate with the young and the old. It’s clear that R.T.D. has a plan and a blueprint for working with young and upcoming artist. Their productions are normally home friendly meaning that they make music for just about everyone. In the post pandemic era we would be keen to see some of these young acts performing some of these tracks up and close. Asure is due to be touring soon as the pandemic gives way and label head Rohan of RTD has expressed interest in shows and performances as soon as this chapter has also ended. So it is fair to say we will see the the camp and team on tour some time in the near future.Well stay reading and stay listening as we here at Riddim World continue to cover the world of Reggae and Dancehall and share our views on upcoming songs, instrumentals and artist.
