In 2012, the reggae scene welcomed a fresh sound with the Street Soul Riddim, produced by JUGGLERZ RECORDS. This German-based label is well-known for its creative approach to riddims and has worked with many top reggae and dancehall artists. JUGGLERZ RECORDS has built a reputation for bringing international attention to modern reggae sounds. The Street Soul Riddim brought together a group of talented artists, each adding their own voice and message. Ce'Cile, known for her hit “Can You Do the Work” with Sean Paul, contributed the track “You And Me.” Alaine, who has earned recognition for songs like “No Ordinary Love,” delivered “Revolution Song,” adding her soulful touch and positive energy. Romain Virgo, who became the youngest winner of Digicel Rising Stars in 2007, sang “Cry Tears For You.” His smooth vocals and emotional delivery made the track stand out. Loyal Flames shared “Youth Can'T Reap,” a song with a message for the younger generation. Zagga, with “Can'T Hold Me Down,” brought uplifting lyrics to the set. Other artists on the riddim included Chris Martin with “Every Single Thought,” Natel with “In And Out Of Love,” Jemere Morgan’s “International Love,” Mono & Nikitaman’s “Montag Morgen,” and Etzia’s “I'Ll Be Right Here.” Each song added a unique flavor to the riddim.
