Netzah Overview
In 2009, reggae music was changing, but some producers still loved the classic roots sound. Netzah Riddim came out that year and brought those roots vibes back into the reggae scene. The riddim was produced by Don Corleon, a well-known Jamaican producer. Don Corleon is famous for working with big names in reggae and dancehall, and he has created many popular riddims over the years. On this set, Don Corleon himself performed the song "Always." His style is smooth and true to the roots of reggae. Petah Morgan, from the famous Morgan Heritage family, sang "Beautiful." Petah Morgan is known for his powerful voice and positive messages in his music. Pressure, a reggae artist from the Virgin Islands, delivered the song "Cry." Pressure is known for his hit "Love and Affection," which brought him international attention. Richie Spice, another respected reggae singer, gave us "Mama Love." Richie Spice is known for songs like "Earth A Run Red" and his album "Spice in Your Life." Jah Cure teamed up with Christopher Ellis for the song "Why Cant We." Jah Cure is famous for his soulful voice and hits like "Longing For." Christopher Ellis, son of legendary singer Alton Ellis, also sings on "Why Cant We," showing his smooth vocals and keeping his father's legacy alive.
