Untouchable Riddim – Gravi-T Music

Untouchable finds Gravi-T Music in that late-2000s dancehall sweet spot where the rhythms are mean, the hooks are plain-spoken, and the lineup does plenty of the talking. Bounty Killer’s “Ground God” brings the gunman pressure, while Vybz Kartel’s “Female A Female” and Wayne Marshall’s “Cocky” push the riddim in a sharper, naughtier direction; Anthony B’s “Anything A Anything” and Elephant Man’s “Light It Up” keep the energy moving. This one also folds in Sizzla, Voicemail, Munga and Monster Shack, so it never feels empty or overworked. Gravi-T’s own version sits in the middle of it all, tying the cuts together with a hard, stripped dancehall pulse.
