Blaqk Sheep Crew’s name is tied to the production here, and the line-up leans hard on singers who can carry that message without crowding the rhythm: Gyptian’s “I Feel So Sad, ” Norris Man’s “Giver Of Life, ” and Sizzla’s “Babylon System” give the set its strongest charge.
