Scandal Bag Riddim – Tj Records

TJ Records’ Scandal Bag Riddim lands in that mid-2000s dancehall pocket where the rhythms are lean, tough, and built for sound system chatter, and this one pulls in a strong cut of voices around it. Assassin’s “Can’t Stop We” and Vybz Kartel’s “The Ring” give the riddim its sharpest edges, while Elephant Man’s “Right Here” and Tony Matterhorn’s “Gully Beans” lean into the rowdy, floor-moving side of the project.
