Produced by B-Rich Records in 2000, Orgasm Riddim is a dancehall set that brought Richard “Shams” Browne’s new label into the spotlight with a heavy lineup of voices and a strong sexed-up groove. The juggling features cuts from Lexxus, Elephant Man, Beenie Man, Mr. Vegas, General Degree, Hawkeye, Buccaneer, Red Rat, Tanto Metro and Devonte, and more, with Full Hundred, Truth Hurts, Girls Time, Woman, and Circumstances among the most memorable tunes. It also includes Beenie Man’s Circumstances and the remix with Ricky Rudie, adding extra weight to an already busy tracklist. Shams later became known for a run of influential dancehall productions, and this one remains one of the early B-Rich releases that helped define his catalogue.
