One Wish Riddim leans into that compact, cut-to-the-bone 2011 dancehall style Yard Vybz Entertainment was pushing at the time: lean, focused, and built around a sharp title cut from Wayne Marshall and Juss Ice rather than a cluttered stack of songs. The project keeps things tight with only three tracks, and that small frame gives Patexxx’s “Never Switch” extra room to breathe before the riddim version closes it out. Wayne Marshall is the name that jumps out here, and his pairing with Juss Ice gives the central tune a bit more weight than a routine juggling exercise. The sequencing feels intentional, too, starting with the solo statement, moving to the collaboration, then ending on the instrumental so the riddim itself lands as the final word.
