The 2017 selector’s mix built on the Envy Riddim brought together fresh voices and lively dancehall energy. The mix featured four standout tracks: Natural Happiness — Jah A Me Everything, Culture Weapon — Dreams Come Through, Petral — Envy, and Gavin Cargill — Envy Riddim. Each song showed a different side of the riddim, making the mix a favorite for sound system selectors. Natural Happiness set the tone with Jah A Me Everything, a song that quickly connected with dancehall fans. Culture Weapon followed up with Dreams Come Through, adding a personal touch and strong lyrics. Petral’s Envy stood out with its bold delivery and catchy hooks.
