Kirk Anthony Davis was born on 28 December 1970 in Waterhouse, Kingston, Jamaica. As Moses Davis'(Beenie Man) older brother, Kirk started performing as a dancehall singer in 1988. He was designated as Jamaica’s Michael Jackson after his interpretation of “Man In The Mirror”. Davis recorded a number of hits with producer Patrick Roberts including “I’ll Do Anything”, “Love Tonight” and “Left Me Lonely”. He did a number of covers including Jackson’s “Remember The Time” and “I Swear”. Davis then later signed with Shocking Vibes and in the summer of 1995 he released “I’m Ready” featuring his brother. The following year he toured as the only artist for Shocking Vibes featuring Snagga Cat, Alley Cat, Tanto Metro and Silver Cat and also headlining Beenie Man. Some of Davis’ songs worth listening to include “Free Some Day”, “Love It”, “That’s The Way Love Goes”, “God A Di Man”, “If A Never God” feat Beenie Man and “What A Lala”.
