Ying Yang Riddim – State Of Art Records

Berga Fullybad’s “Jiggle Up” is the first and biggest pull on Ying Yang Riddim, and it sets the tone for a tight four-track dancehall set from State Of Art Records that keeps the focus on movement and quick-fire vocal hooks. Ranny Slata follows with “Zung Zeng, ” while Item Di Steama’s “Tic It and Tac It” and Crawba Frass’s “Wine Up” keep the sequence lean, with each cut landing at around the two-and-a-half-minute mark. Released in July 2017, the project runs just 11 minutes overall and came out as a four-song EP under State Of Art Records, with Zojak handling the label credit on Apple Music.
