Tropical House Riddim from Konsequence Muzik sits in that mid-2010s dancehall moment when the genre was flirting with brighter, more summer-ready patterns without losing its street edge. The juggling pulls in Gyptian, Teejay, Laden, Zagga, Iyara and Stacious, and the mix of radio and raw cuts gives it the familiar dancehall split between clean exposure and harder-edged presentation. Gyptian’s “Summer Is Back” and Teejay’s “Everybody” fit the title well, while “Feel Good Touch” with Iyara and Stacious leans into the sweeter side of the project. Konsequence Muzik kept the lineup broad, with 19 tracks and 18 unique artists across the riddim, which gives the instrumental plenty of room to travel.
