Tightrope Riddim – Conquering Lion

Produced by Conquering Lion, Tightrope Riddim landed in 2015 as a compact four-song reggae set with Capleton, Chezidek, Fantan Mojah, and Lutan Fyah each voicing the same roots-driven rhythm. Capleton’s Paradise and Lutan Fyah’s Come Away are the most familiar anchors here, while Seeds of Life and Stay Far help round out the lineup with a clean, conscious feel. The release also includes an instrumental version, which gives the riddim room to breathe and highlights the arrangement behind the singers. Conquering Lion’s name carries a strong roots reggae lineage, and this project fits neatly into that tradition.
