Train To Zion arrived in 2015 as a Voiceful Records juggling with a classic reggae backbone and a heavyweight cast that mixes roots veterans with more recent voices. The production sits in that patient, mid-tempo lane that leaves room for the chant and the message, with a warm, straight-ahead groove that feels more conscious than flashy. The title cut is the anchor: Linval Thompson fronts it with Bounty Killer and Sizzla Kalonji, then a Cut B adds Alborosie into the blend, which gives the riddim real cross-generational weight.

The rest of the set keeps that same spiritual and social tone moving. Iba Mahr and Capleton link on Clean And Pure, while George Nooks turns in What Goes Around and Chuck Fenda brings the warning vibes on God Nah Sleep. Turbulence, Dycr, Sharrie, Sean Suprano, Jigsy King and Courtney Melody all add their own angle, and the writing circles around faith, justice, consequence and survival rather than party talk. That keeps the release rooted in the deeper side of reggae, even when the melodies stay accessible.

The extra value here is the way the package is finished. Marvyn Williams handles the riddim, Bobby Digital appears on the dub mix, and the instrumental closes the circle, so the release plays like a proper sound system tool as well as a vocal compilation. Voiceful Records gave the scene a well-assembled modern roots set, and Train To Zion still feels strong because the lineup is varied without losing the unity of the rhythm.
