The parade flow in 2014 brought a wave of energy to the streets, with masqueraders dancing and celebrating in colorful costumes. This year, the Night Flight Riddim was a highlight, bringing together some of soca’s most exciting voices. The set featured Blaxx, Fada, and Fya Empress, each adding their own style to the parade’s soundtrack. Blaxx performed his well-known hit “Runk In De Road,” a song that quickly became a favorite during carnival season. Blaxx is a respected figure in soca music, and his song “Leh Go” is also recognized as a major anthem from the 2010s.
