Aquarion Studios’ Barefoot Riddim sits in the middle of a busy run of soca projects from the crew, but this one keeps the focus tight with six tracks and no dead weight. Shortpree’s “Ah Like It” has that cheeky, road-ready bounce, while Tallpree’s “Ole Mass” leans harder into the Carnival mood and gives the riddim its most memorable pull. Skinny Banton, Blaka Dan, Chingee, and Sandman all keep the energy moving, with “We Drinkin It” and “Rollin” sounding especially geared for late-night fete traffic.
