New Day Overview
In 2017, a group of artists and producers came together in the studio to create something special for the Carnival season. The project was called New Day Riddim. It all started with the creative direction of Aquarion Studios, who wanted to build a fresh, melodic soca groove that would get people moving. Aquarion Studios is known for their clean production style and has worked on several big soca tracks over the years. They are respected for bringing out the best in artists and have a good reputation in the Caribbean music scene. The riddim gave a big stage to several artists. Aquarion Studios themselves led the way with the track “New Day Riddim,” setting the mood with a catchy, uplifting vibe. Blaka Dan brought his unique energy to “Last Horn,” adding a playful touch that fans enjoyed at Carnival parties. Dash came in strong with “Hit After Hit.” Dash is known for his energetic performances and had already made a name for himself with songs like “Paro.” Mr Gold'N joined with “Party,” giving the release a true celebration feel. His style is all about fun and good times. Sandman added his voice with “Remember Me,” a song that stood out for its smooth flow and catchy hook. These tracks were played at Carnival events in 2017, helping the artists reach new fans and keeping the soca spirit alive.
