Mesiba Riddim – Bassick Records

Mesiba comes on like a cheeky, high-energy dancehall juggling with a flossing-minded swing, sharp enough for the dancers but loose enough to keep the whole thing moving. Bassick Records put it out in June 2012, and the cut list leans hard into party talk and bragging rights: Ding Dong’s “Street Flossin, ” Chad Hype’s “Flossin Anthem, ” Twin Of Twins’ “Much Cleaner, ” and the two versions of Lexx’s “Move” all lock into that same swaggering pocket. Supa Hype, Fambo, and New Kidz add extra pull without muddying the pace, while the Bassick closing cut keeps the producer’s name right inside the wheel.
