Bass-heavy and stripped to the bone, the DWFL Riddim (Side A) pulls together six cuts from Bassick Records with Ding Dong’s “Baby Mada” sitting right in the middle of the sequence and Specialist’s “Wine Pon Me” arriving in both raw and clean versions. The lineup keeps the focus on the voices rather than any big production gimmick, with Blak Diamon, Don Husky, Jawada feat. YNB, and Naazir all taking turns across the rhythm.
