The cut has that quick, springy drive and a slick, forward-moving pulse that suits the era’s club-ready style, giving Flippa Mafia’s “Talk Bout” and Konshens and Delus’ “Live Mi Life” plenty of room to ride the groove without crowding the arrangement. I Octane’s “Get Weh Mi Want” and Navino’s “Fling It” keep the energy pointed straight at the dance, with the clean and raw versions showing how easily the riddim holds both radio and bashment tension. The closer, Voicemail and Darrio’s “Shake, ” leaves the project on a lively, percussive note that sums up the whole set nicely.
