Billie Jean and Frass Hill set the tone here with “Jet Blue, ” a cut that comes in both clean and raw versions, and that choice alone tells you BB Productions was chasing a proper dancehall bounce rather than polishing the edges off it. From there, Eyetal Fyah’s “Say U Love Me” pulls the riddim into smoother territory, while Frass Hill’s “Grimy” keeps the pressure on with a rougher, more street-ready approach. Real VI’s “Nuh Problem” is the other one that lingers, riding the beat with an easy confidence that fits the whole 2019 set. It’s a tight six-track package, five voices in all, and the “Hurricane Africa” name feels right for the hard, wind-up energy running through it, right down to that extra clean-vs-raw split on the lead track.
