Voice Riddim – Rumble Productions

Rumble Productions kept the Voice Riddim lean in 2018, cutting just four songs and giving each singer room to work the same backdrop without clutter. Jozue 7’s “Siwo La, ” Mag Light’s “Mélodyé Mwen, ” Mista Kinky’s “No Family, No Friend, ” and K’Mwel’s “Mond Kruel” all sit on a tight dancehall framework that feels more patterned than flashy, with the emphasis on the pulse rather than studio tricks. The riddim moves at a brisk, mid-tempo pace, the bass line staying low and steady while the drum program leaves enough air for the vocals to carry the weight. It’s the kind of release that reads almost like an archive note: compact, direct, and very much about how the singers ride the same groove.
