FULL FORCE RIDDIM produced by STASHMENT RECORDS 2011
Full Force Overview
In 2011, the Full Force Riddim brought a fresh wave to dancehall. The journey of this bashment project began inside a busy Kingston studio. The studio hand worked late nights, making sure every sound was crisp and every beat hit hard. The energy in the room was high as artists came in to lay their vocals, each adding their own style. At the heart of the project was the producer, STASHMENT RECORDS. Known for pushing boundaries in the dancehall scene, STASHMENT RECORDS had already made a name with previous releases that gained attention both in Jamaica and overseas. Their careful direction gave the Full Force Riddim its unique identity. The roster of artists brought real star power. Beenie Man, already a Grammy Award winner and famous for hits like “Who Am I (Sim Simma),” delivered “Willy Wop” with his signature flair. Elephant Man, known for his energetic performances and songs like “Pon De River Pon De Bank,” added “You A The Wife,” keeping the party vibe alive. Fambo’s “Party” was another standout, bringing his playful flow to the riddim. Rising voices like Fire Key on “Bun Badmind” and Gyptian, who gained international fame with “Hold Yuh,” contributed “Miss World.” Each track added flavor, making the riddim a favorite for DJs in 2011. The Full Force Riddim’s journey from studio creation to dancehall staple was shaped by teamwork and pure passion for the music.
