Already in that 2019 run of hardcore dancehall projects, Dinner Mint Riddim from N. O. W Production sits in a lean seven-track frame, with Milli K, Bud Ramsey, Precious, Tri Star, Natasha Wilson and Granty each cutting their own angle over the same cut. The production keeps close to the old-school sting of straight dancehall: clipped drums, a tight skank and a bassline that doesn’t wander, just keeps digging forward. “Sentence Me” and “Never Give Up” feel like the sharper vocal turns in the bunch, while “Feeling Good Tonight” and “Movin’ up” lean into a more melodic delivery without softening the groove. Faraoh Black’s instrumental closes the set cleanly, underlining the riddim’s dry, marching pulse and the compact, no-frills tempo that holds the whole thing together.
