Deadly Karma comes in lean and sharp, with Social Yaad Records keeping the whole thing tight around just three cuts in 2013. Gappy Ranks opens with “Ness (Raw), ” Teflon follows with the harder-edged “Gun Dem Tall (Raw), ” and Tony Matterhorn closes with “Tweet War, ” which gives the riddim a cheeky, clash-ready finish. The project also turned up as a six-song EP with radio edits alongside the raw versions, so the release was clearly aimed at both dancehall selectors and more radio-friendly spins.
