Crash Overview

Crash Riddim brought together a strong lineup of tracks that made a big mark in 1999’s dancehall scene. The release features Alozade with “Sweet Dreams,” Beenie Man’s “In This Together,” Captain Barkey’s “I Never Dream,” Hawkeye’s “Go Rachel,” and Jack — A-Diamond with “Happy In The Rin.” Other tracks include Junior Demus’s “Panic,” Kiprich’s “Out A Luck,” Lexxus’s “I Rather Die,” Mr Vegas’s “Hes A Jiggalo,” and Mya’s “Best Of Me.” Each song rides the energetic and street-inspired Crash Riddim, which was a favorite in bashment parties that year. Founded in 1977 in the UK, Greensleeves has released many classic riddims and helped bring dancehall to a global audience.
