Clockwise Riddim – Digital B

There’s a warm, late-night reggae swing to Clockwise Riddim, the kind of Digital B cut that leaves room for the singers to lean into the groove without crowding it. Anthony B’s “Rasta Time” sits right in that pocket, and Chezidek’s “You’re Not Free” pushes the same pulse a little harder, giving the tracklist a nice tension between meditation and edge. Frankie Paul and Freddie McGregor add veteran weight, while Warrior King’s “Can’t Get Me Down” keeps the whole thing moving with that easy, seasoned touch Digital B has long been known for.
