BRUK OUT RIDDIM produced by STAPAT ENTERTAINMENT & KIRKLEDOVE RECORDS
Bruk Out Overview
In 2019, a group of top dancehall artists came together in the studio to create a powerful bashment set. The session was guided by the sharp ear of the mixing board king, who shaped the sound with bold basslines and energetic rhythms. The creative direction was clear: make a riddim that would light up the dance and keep the crowd moving. This project was produced by STAPAT ENTERTAINMENT and KIRKLEDOVE RECORDS. Kirkledove Records, led by Kirk “Kirkledove” Bennett, is known for its strong presence in Jamaican music, with Kirkledove himself being a respected drummer and producer. STAPAT ENTERTAINMENT has worked with several dancehall acts, helping to bring fresh talent to the scene. The riddim features a lineup of well-known artists. Lexx steps up with “Bruck It Off,” bringing his signature style and energy. Lexx, also known as Mr. Lexx, is famous for his hit “Full Hundred,” which was a dancehall anthem in the early 2000s. Vegas delivers “Hallelujah,” adding his veteran touch. Mr. Vegas is widely recognized for his global hit “Heads High,” which reached the top of reggae charts and remains a dancehall classic. Pamputtae brings her strong voice to “Tambourine,” while Qq adds his youthful vibe with “Nuh Ready.” Qq is known for his breakout 2005 hit “Stookie,” which made him a star as a teenager. Stacious and Razor B team up for “Sidung,” matching bashment energy with bold lyrics. Turbulence rounds out the set with “Trouble,” adding his unique voice to the mix.
