Birchill Records’ Bad And Sexy Riddim landed in 2017 as a cheeky, club-minded dancehall juggling from Christopher Birch, the Kingston producer whose Birchill imprint has been behind a long run of modern riddims and singles. This one follows the same formula he has used for years: a crisp, digital-heavy bounce with enough room for DJs and singers to stretch out, but enough pressure in the drums and bass to keep it moving on the dancefloor.

The lineup is anchored by Vershon, who voices both Wet and Wet (Explicit), and his delivery gives the riddim its most direct pull.
