Kevin Anthony Jackson, born on 30 November 1964 in Kingston, Jamaica, is a dancehall singer, record producer, songwriter, and reggae artist. He started singing at a very early age at his local church. “Lady In Red” is his 1st smashing hit that he recorded for producer Red Man in 1987 after he had worked as a selector and sound systems in and around Kingston. At Reggae Sunsplash in 1988, his fans kept calling him to stage until it was a total of 6 encores. In 1989, he made more hits including “Loneliness Leave Me Alone.” Simply Being Me and Stays On My Mind are albums that were produced in 2000 and 2002 respectively. He also added onto his musical style and began exploring the Gospel genre in his music in 1999 and 2003 when hits titled Who Is This Man and He’s Got the Power were released. In 2012, he made it known that he has become a full-time producer and did 2 albums that he produced himself namely Like A General and There Is No Other Like You Lord, which were dancehall album and a gospel one in that order. In 2013 his other album titled Giving Praises Live and Beware, done in 2016. From 1988 -2016, at least 30 albums were worked on. Sanchez has also done a good number of videos, one of them is titled “Him Buy You A Drink.” He has done a full album with Ghost which was released in 2017 produced by Jet Star music.
