10 Big Overview
Dancehall fans in 2024 could not ignore the impact of the "10 Big Riddim." This release brought together some of the scene’s most exciting voices: Don Creety, Lutan Fyah, Megasaw, MC Pattexx, and SpragDocious. Each artist brought their own style to the riddim, making it a standout bashment project of the year. Don Creety, known for his energetic delivery, fired up the dance with "Bruck it Off~Boom It Off" and also dropped "Billion Dollar (Tony Montana)" and "Better Life." Lutan Fyah, a respected artist who once topped the reggae charts with "St. Jago De La Vega," contributed the anthems "Mi Sing Song" and "Best Set of Badmind Friend." Megasaw, with the track "Billion Dollar," added a fresh voice to the mix, while MC Pattexx sharpened the sound with "Sharper Than Gillette." SpragDocious brought extra heat with "Top Gennah." The riddim itself was built for the clubs, blending classic dancehall energy with modern production. Horn riffs run through the tracks, giving it a signature sound that’s both familiar and new. The beats are infectious, making every song a potential party starter. "10 Big Riddim" stood out in a year full of strong bashment releases. It proved that dancehall can keep its roots while still sounding fresh. For fans, this riddim was a highlight of 2024, showing how top artists and a strong riddim can shape the sound of the year.
