Krush Proof Muzik leans into a lighter, more melodic slice of reggae here, and that’s a nice change from the harder bashment pulse the name might suggest. Tropical Flava Riddim keeps things compact with six cuts, but the variety in the voices keeps it moving: Khago and Treson’s “Light It Up” has a breezy hook that sticks, while Chico’s “Gangsta Ride” brings a tougher edge to the same canvas.
