Toppa Gyol Riddim – Young Genz Muziq

In 2019, dancehall was leaning hard into sharp, clipped digital riddims, and Toppa Gyol fits right into that moment with a compact five-song set from Young Genz Muziq. The project keeps the focus tight: Sikka Rymes’ “Energy” gives the riddim its most immediate pull, while KB’s “Shot Now” pushes it a little rougher and more street-facing. Jazzy’s “Profile” and Street Gena’s “Run Go” round out the set with that same no-nonsense energy, so there’s no dead weight here.
