Mani Bwoy Records comes at Table Shots Riddim with a tougher edge than the title might suggest, pairing a hard-hitting dancehall pulse with a compact four-track lineup instead of stretching the idea thin. Released in 2014, the set runs through 3 Star’s “Summer Time, ” Grim Reepa’s “Jamaica We Love, ” Jah Vinci’s “All Night, ” and Spade’s “Flawless, ” with Jah Vinci’s cut also issued in both clean and raw versions. That split gives the project a little extra personality, since it lets the same song work for radio and the dance while keeping the riddim’s momentum intact.
