Harry Toddler’s “Move Around” feels like the entry point into Swagga Swagga Riddim, with its quick-footed dancehall bounce setting the tone for a cut that clearly wanted movement more than atmosphere. Gjay Productions keeps the rhythm tight and chatty, and you can hear that same momentum carrying through Don Sniper’s “Party, ” Pamputae’s “Badmind, ” and Ryno Di Stinger’s “Feel Like Seh, ” with Mr G and Vybrant pushing the war talk a little harder on “Bwoy Dem Want Fi War. ” It’s a 10-track, 2010 set, and the mix of solo cuts and pairings gives it that early-2010s street-riddim feel without overcomplicating the thing. Harry Toddler pops up twice, which gives the project a bit of extra spine, and the whole run finishes with Teflon’s “Dem Run Dun, ” a neat last jab.
