Stag Riddim 4 rolls with that punchy, waistline-ready soca drive: quick on its feet, heavy on the bounce, and built to keep the hook moving without overloading the mix. Jaiga’s “Nah Leaving” leans into the catchiest corner of the set, KI comes through with the sharper party-energy cut on “Wuk on Yuh, ” and Lyrikal keeps it cool and defiant on “No Controversy. ” Stadic Music leaves the instrumental in there too, which lets the skeletal groove speak for itself and shows how much room the riddim gives the vocalists. In 2017, this sat neatly in the Trinidad and wider Caribbean run of compact, DJ-friendly soca riddims that were made for Carnival rotation and quick-fire replay.
