Spanish Town Riddim – Tmo Productions

Spanish Town feels less like a theme than a pressure point here, with TMO Productions lining up nine cuts around the same hard, gun-talk energy and letting the voices do the local color. Ishane’s “Spanish Town” is the clearest center of gravity, but Addi Kid on “Fire Straight” and Jalwa’s “Real Badman” push the same sharp-edged mood in their own directions, while Don Ric’s with Yung Boss and TK keep the riddim moving with that street-side, no-frills swagger. The whole thing runs lean, all the tracks clocking in at the same tight length, which gives the set a quick, uniform snap; by the time “Antigua Badness” closes it out, you’ve got the sense TMO was chasing a specific dancehall tension rather than a big crossover moment.
