Telemart Riddim – Echo One Productions

By 2021, dancehall was still deep in its stripped-back, single-riddim cycle, and Telemart sits right in that pocket with four voiced cuts from Echo One Productions. Chuck Fenda’s “Dem Nuh Bad” gives the project its most seasoned stance, while I Waata’s “Limiter” and Kyodi’s “Gone Fi The Riches” keep the energy in a sharper, more contemporary lane. World Quick’s “Di Bread” rounds out the set, and the whole thing runs like a compact juggling built for sound system play. Echo One keeps the arrangement lean and percussive, with a nagging bassline and clipped drum pattern doing most of the work beneath the vocals. It’s a short 2021 dancehall set, but the tune selections and the steady, mid-tempo groove make the riddim’s structure easy to hear.
