Ghetto Dreams Riddim (2018) – Fireside

Fireside kept Ghetto Dreams Riddim lean and to the point in 2018, with just three cuts and four voices moving across the same dancehall framework. Red Lion’s “Inna Di Ghetto” sets the tone with a rough-edged street stance, while Chidi Okpechi and Miss Eve’s “Pain Killer” pushes the most memorable pairing on the set, giving the riddim a sharper melodic turn. Paradax closes it out with “So Long, ” a more reflective cut that keeps the project from sitting in one pocket too long. At just over nine minutes, it feels like a compact snapshot of Fireside Entertainment’s corner of the scene, and “Pain Killer” is the track that leaves the strongest imprint.
