Sky Ice Riddim keeps the lane tight with just three cuts, and that economy gives the whole thing a sharp, no-frills feel. Thrilla Rush Productions keeps the 2011 set in straight reggae territory, leaving room for the voices to do the talking rather than piling on distractions. K-Ar’s “Candle Lights” leans reflective, Ras Donigh’s “Watts Up” pushes a more urgent edge, and Thrilla Rush steps in with “Roll Up In The Club, ” which tilts the riddim toward sound-system business without losing its easy pulse.
