Lion Guitar Riddim – Mobys Records

Lion Guitar Riddim comes off as a lean, guitar-led roots cut with just enough swing to keep it moving, the kind of 2017 juggling that lets each singer bring a different angle without crowding the groove. Moby’s Records put out the three-track set on February 10, 2017, and the lineup is tight: Sagitarr’s “Good Man” opens, DYCR follows with the socially minded “Justice, ” and Magi Flute closes with “Someday. ” DYCR’s cut had enough push to get its own video around the time of release, which says something about how strongly the message landed.
