Ras Fraser Jr. brings the grounding force on “Herbalist, ” a title and performance that fits his long-running reputation for herb-conscious, rebel-rooted songs. Young Shanty’s “Live In The Moment” opens the mood outward, with a more meditative, present-tense feel that plays well against the rhythm’s easy sway.
