Tad’s Record and Bwoyla Room Production kept Reggae On The Southside in that tidy 2018 juggling format, the kind of one-riddim set that lets the songs do the talking. The cast is compact but well chosen: Anthony Cruz opens with the steamy “Real Hot, ” Honorebel leans into the autobiographical turn of “Welcome To My Life, ” and Wayne Wonder closes with the smooth, easy glide of “Let Me Be. ” Sanchez and Mark Hosang fill the middle, which gives the whole thing a measured, voice-by-voice flow instead of a stacked, overcrowded line-up.
