Psychotropic Riddim was produced by Rans Musiq in 2018, a four-track dancehall release with Sheka’s Move It, Shugo Gold’s Juky Jama, Skeptikal’s Day Is On, and Spring Wata’s Streets At Night. It’s a tight showcase for a small lineup, with each artist getting room to push a different angle of the same groove. Rans Musiq keeps the project lean and focused, and the set lands as one of those riddims where the individual songs carry the variation while the overall sound stays consistent.
