E-Kry Music and Roadie Stampp Promotion keep Rock Of Ages Riddim in a tight, mid-tempo pocket, and the whole set moves with that clipped 2018 dancehall swing rather than trying to crowd the lane. It’s a six-song sequence, but the voices give it some range: Beres Brown leans reflective on “Coming Home, ” Burning Kry and Randino keep “Same Me Lord” rooted in straight talk, and Classical Eska’s “Lovely Day” pulls a lighter melodic turn through the center of the riddim.
