Prosperity Riddim – Chuck Star Production

Chuck Star’s 2019 Prosperity Riddim comes with a compact little dancehall lineup that leans more on attitude than crowd size, and that’s part of its charm. The set runs just six cuts long, with Tymperature opening on “Haven’t I Told You” before Prestige steps in with “They Don’t Care About Us” and a raw version of the same cut, then Josel Mel follows with “Will Always Love You” and “So Uniquee. ” The title track itself is parked at the end as the instrumental version, which keeps the vocal tunes in front and lets the riddim speak for itself only after the songs have done their work. That sequencing feels deliberate, almost like Chuck Star wanted the voices to carry the message before the bare rhythm closes the door.
