Poisoners Woman Riddim lands in that gritty Zimdancehall pocket where the drums are sharp, the bass is thick, and the melodies keep a tense, streetwise edge. Scrappers Records lines up a deep cast here, with Ak Fire, Magnificent, Talliban, Janyce and Ras Bronx all taking their turns across the same pulsing backbone, and the title cut from Lucky Itch and Takkie D gives the set its central hook.
