Mid-tempo menace, with a dusty, head-nodding pulse and just enough melodic lift to keep it moving, the Mad-Crew Riddim finds Scrappers Records working a compact eight-track set that leans hard into late-2010s dancehall energy. Talliban’s “Burn Dem” and Ak-Fyah’s “Nuh Hate Dem” bring the tougher edge, while Nectar’s “Jamaican Girl” and M-Thang’s “My Sunshine Girl” soften the corners with more sing-jay warmth. Tech-Nine gets two shots here, switching from the stern “Nuh Fredda No Man” to the more tuneful “My Love For You, ” and Janyce’s “Big Up-Big Up” and Alex-T’s “Just A Word” keep the vibe moving without overcrowding the riddim.
